About me

I'm Kin, a dog photographer based in King's Lynn, Norfolk. I've been passionate about wildlife and animals, particularly dogs for as long as I can remember. In my household we currently have Simba - Golden Retriever 4, Daisy - Border Collie puppy 1 and cats Tommy and Molly 6.

I've been qualified as a Doctor working in Anaesthesia and Intensive Care in the NHS for the past ten years. Whilst I've always been fascinated about photography, it became more than just a hobby when I decided to invest in my first professional, full frame DSLR to photograph show dogs at championship shows and competitions.

I am in a unique position. I understand more than anyone the importance of cherishing memories with loved ones and our pets, something we often take for granted. Pets are a part of our everyday family life, yet they are only with us for a short period of time. Capturing their individual characters is at the heart of what I do.

My main specialties are in fine art and studio portrait dog photography, we also offer woodland sessions. I am a Certified Master Photographer (MPA UK) and a Qualified Member of the Guild of Professional Photographers. I have won multiple professional photography awards with the Guild, the National Photographic Society, and the Societies of Photographers. In 2020 I was chosen as Pet Category Image of the Year Finalist and Top 10 International Pet Photographer of the Year.
