5th Nov - 2nd Dec National Lockdown
It's been a very challenging year for everyone, unfortunately we're going into another lockdown in a few days time. This means we will be closing for all in-person studio sessions, and will be contacting you all to postpone to a future date. We're doing our best to work around everyone's preferences.
All Booked Studio and Woodland Photo Sessions
We will contact you individually to postpone and re-arrange your sessions. If your preference is to have your photos done before Christmas, we will try our best to arrange this after 2nd Dec when we are supposed to come out of this lockdown. Please be aware, because of the time required to edit the photos, depending on how close your rearranged session is to Christmas, we may not be able to send you your photos by 25th Dec, but we will do our best.
All Booked Christmas Fine Art Sessions
We will contact you individually to postpone and re-arrange your sessions, your sessions will be a priority for completion and we will aim to re-arrange your photos to be done in the first two weeks of December.
If you wish to book a Christmas Fine Art Session
We have moved our session dates to the first two weeks of December, you can still book online, booking will be on a first come first serve basis. If the lockdown is extended, we will refund your deposits. If you book, your photos will have priority for editing and completion by Christmas.
All Timeless Portraits Model Call Sessions
We are contacting you individually to re-arrange a future date for your session, this may be postponed until the New Year 2021.
Viewing and Ordering Products
Our viewing and ordering sessions in the studio will not be available. We will contact you individually to arrange a studio viewing when we come out of lockdown. There will be no change to ordering of products, we are still accepting orders. Payments will be made online or via bank transfer. If you have received an invoice from us, they are still due during lockdown. Please contact us if you have any concerns.
Please be aware as labs will be operating at a reduced capacity during lockdown and in the following weeks after, products ordered in Dec may not arrive by Christmas time but we will keep everyone up to date and endeavour to do so.

20th July Studio Re-Opening
From July 20th we will be gradually re-opening with Covid-19 restrictions in place.
It's been an incredibly challenging time for us all, I am very grateful to all our customers' for being so patient, supportive and understanding of the current situation. As you will know, photography studios throughout the UK had to close in March as a result of the lockdown, but we are now finally able to begin the process of slowly re-opening. There will however, be a number of changes to how we operate, all with safety of everyone concerned in mind.
Studio changes to ensure everyones' safety:
There will be a reduced number of customers coming to the studio per week
All furnitures, door handles, equipment and props used will be cleaned in between sessions
All product samples will be cleaned in between sessions where necessary
Hand sanitiser, gloves and wipes will be available
Social distancing where possible as per government guidance, floor will be marked to help facilitate this
Face masks will be worn by us where social distancing cannot be maintained
When coming for your photo session:
Only one person may accompany dog(s) in the studio at any one time, there will be an outside seating area for anyone who is waiting
Please bring a face mask just in case, although we will be happy to supply as well
When coming for your viewing and ordering session:
Social distancing will be maintained where possible as per government guidance
Up to two customers can attend
Children and pets do not need to attend
Payments by card or bank transfer where possible
Please do not attend any of the above sessions if:
You or anyone in your household are currently self-isolating due to symptoms
You or anyone in your household are in the high risk group or are currently shielding
If you have been in contact with anyone with Covid-19 symptoms 14 days prior to your photoshoot
We are more than happy to postpone a photo session or viewing and ordering session for any customer who cannot attend due to the above reasons.
Likewise I will contact you to reschedule your session if any of my family members or if I am unwell.
If you purchased a gift certificate or received one which has an expiry date coinciding the pandemic lockdown, please rest assure that we are happy to extend these until further notice, please watch this space for updates.
